We offer scalable training opportunities from just one person up to a full cohort of students.

Our 360 degree program

Long-term unemployment can detrimentally impact a person’s financial situation, leading to economic distress, and their ability to find a job in the future. ARC Training’s specifically designed 360-Degree Program was created in response to feedback from Employment Service Providers and jobseekers.

The 360-Degree Program is holistic, supporting jobseekers by providing access to qualifications, skills, work experience, and networking opportunities.

How we do it

How our 360 program benefits JobSeekers

Our 360-Degree Program will provide wrap around supports to JobSeekers through facilitating access to qualifications, skills, work experience, and networking with employers.



There are five main components in the design of this program, they are:

Industry Connected Program

This program is strongly linked to industry because we’ve partnered with employers who have jobs available in the roles our programs skill JobSeekers to be able to do.

Employability Skills Modules

Extra support for JobSeekers to develop their resume, prepare for interviews, present themselves with confidence, refine job application skills, and once they have a job - how to keep it.

Industry Qualification

JobSeekers finish this program with a nationally recognised qualification that employers will accept across Australia.

Work Experience

JobSeekers in this program will have access to work experience, which is a great way for our students to build their confidence. Many students are offered ongoing paid work with these organisations post placement.

Job Placements

Our industry partners have jobs they need filled. JobSeekers participating in our 360-Degree Program will get to meet them throughout the program during info sessions, recruitment drives and work placement opportunities.

FEES & FUNDING

Government funding available

Cost can be a huge barrier to training for a new role. 

ARC Training is an approved provider and may be able to offer courses subsidised by the New South Wales, South Australian and Australian Capital Territory governments to eligible students seeking employment or to retrain into a new industry.
