Overview

The MSM30116 Certificate III in Process Manufacturing provides the competencies required by advanced production workers who use a range of equipment and provide support functions directly related to producing products. They would work in accordance with operating procedures and apply knowledge to anticipate problems and solve a range of foreseen and unforeseen problems. 



This qualification is designed for use across the three process manufacturing sectors: 


  • Chemical, hydrocarbons and oil refining 
  • Plastics, rubber and cablemaking 
  • manufactured mineral products

ARC Training Entry Requirements

  • Be registered as a trainee with an Australian Apprenticeship Connect Provider. 
  • Complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment and achieve ACSF level 3 across all domains   
  • Be physically fit for potential lifting requirements; 
  • Provide your Unique Student Identifier (USI) 
  • Have reasonable digital literacy skills to participate in an online classroom environment

Delivery Mode

The MSM30116 Certificate III in Process Manufacturing is offered as a traineeship via a workplace hybrid model.  



Workplace hybrid is a blended delivery of online classroom attendance and workplace activities. Students must be working in the manufacturing industry to enrol.
